My top FFMI band reads "beyond the drug-free range on record". That is a sentence about what the literature contains — a small, old set of studies — and not an accusation about anybody standing on the other side of it. People have always sat above that line honestly. I will tell you where your number falls. I will not tell you what it means about the person holding it. #limits
